PERFECT!
This was a nice visit with nothing but good news! Joshua has had a very difficult time with blood draws…it usually takes 3 people to hold him down and his cute little face turns into a polka-dotty mess because he breaks a ton of blood vessels. Not fun! But, this time my friend and fellow AA momma, Jen, let me in on a little secret: EMLA cream. Why didn’t we know about this magic cream before??!! Joshua sat in the lab chair by himself and I only had to hold his hand. He has conquered his fear!!! And, he won’t have to do this again for a while since he has now graduated from labs every 6 months to once a year. Woohoo!!!!
