Apparently, Wednesdays are THE day to be here on the ward! The day started off with a huge cookie for each kid. Then at 1 pm they have bingo. We watched it on a closed circuit channel broadcast live from the playroom and then called in when we had a bingo. They call all of the numbers, so everyone wins. After the game, the prize cart comes to each room loaded with all kinds of cool stuff. As you can see, Joshua, is shocked and amazed! And then the day ended with a catered meal sponsored by The Candlelighters. We all had a nice day together. Joshua woke up early (6 am) and played hard non-stop until he fell asleep while eating his dinner!
