Lunch!
Alki Beach
We are finally settled in our new home!!! So, we decided to go out and explore what this area has to offer. We went to the Kent Farmer's Market, which was pretty small and not too impressive. But, there was a spray park there, so we will have to go back for that, plus that's where our library is too! After that we went to The Great Wall Mall (it's an Asian mall). Now, this was a score! They have a huge Asian market filled with everything you could ever want! We bought fresh noodles, fresh lychee, ready-to-be steamed Hum Bao, baby Bok Choy, some weird tofu-ish stuff...not sure what it is called, but it sure was good! We came home to cook up our lunch, it was delicious! We will definitely be back there to shop soon! After lunch we decided to see the Sound and after a bit of research we picked Alki Beach. What a cute little town! I want to buy a house there...if I ever win the lotto.
Tomorrow, we are going to Pike and then to Mighty O Donuts!
